General terms and conditions

The emphasis of the offer of my website is on the free representation and use of ideas (Open Source), construction plans, programs etc.

But since I also offer the purchase of a kit (Special- & Small Parts) for my open source project "Overhead Alarm Clock", I provide here the necessary terms and conditions.

Conclusion of a purchase contract

If you send an e-mail (inquiry) concerning the kit "Special- & Small Parts" to info@ideenzumnulltarif.de, you will receive an answer from me by e-mail (non-binding offer). In it, I will again tell you the individual components of the kit, the price, the payment information (my account details), the validity period of the offer, the delivery time, further legally prescribed information and a copy of my general terms and conditions.

If you wish, you can now send me an answer by e-mail (order).

Only by a further E-Mail from me (purchase confirmation) a purchase contract comes off.

Purchase contract

The contract language is German (if your inquiry has been written in English I will add a translation to English to all my e-mails sent to you). A contract text storing going beyond the e-mail exchange does not take place. Enquiries, offers, orders, (shipping) confirmations, revocations, etc. will be processed completely by e-mail (info@ideenzumnulltarif.de).

Order data, legally prescribed information and the General Terms and Conditions are also sent by e-mail.


For the payment I only accept prepayment by bank transfer to my account.

You will receive an invoice which does not include VAT, as I am registered as a small entrepreneur (Kleinunternehmer) according to §19 Abs. 1 UStG.


As soon as I have submitted your parcel, you will receive another e-mail (shipping confirmation).


The (German!) statutory liability for defects (statutory warranty rights) shall apply.


You can cancel the purchase within the legal cancellation period (14 days) without giving reasons and receive your money back as soon as I have received the returned parts from you, immediately.

The revocation period begins the day after you have received the ordered goods in full.

So send me a cancellation e-mail (see sample below) and then return the goods within a further 14 days.

For the return transfer of the purchase price I need your bank account data. Tip: Please include your bank account information in the package so that you don't have to send this sensitive information to me by e-mail.

You bear the return costs. If parts are missing or damaged, I reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund of the purchase price.

Sample declaration of revocation

To assert your revocation it is sufficient to send an e-mail to me in due time. You can use the following text as a sample for this e-mail:
